As well as providing the standard management services including that of Company Secretary, we would also deal with the preparation and service of all the Section 20 Notices, the ongoing consultation process, preparation of any specifications and supervision of works.
Throughout the process, we believe that communication is the key to a well managed development. Whether that be to let owners and residents know of problems arising on the development, of planned maintenance and cyclical works, of budget versus expenditure, property tips and hints or simply through carrying out frequent inspections.
We also advocate and often help organise residents meetings to address any concerns and keep everybody informed of progress.
